My Time Of Dying

I've never viewed death this way really. I know it was an ending of everything. No more pain, no more sorrow, but that also meant no more happiness, no more life. It was for that reason why I never took my life. Now I'm in the Army, looking at commanding some very brave men and women soon. Now the only thing I can think of is: As long as they live, as long as they get home, that's all that matters.

You make it seem... tragic, and yet, it's ok. Because all that pain and suffering we go through, will go away. So it's ok... right?
